How long does a website take to make?

How long is a piece of string? Every client and every website is different. However as a ball-park figure, a site will generally take about 2 weeks to design and build. Of course this time frame is greater if there is extra functionality like a shopping cart.

What platform and languages do you use at Apiix?

We run our websites on both Windows and Linux servers, located in our very own secure data centers. We develop sites using a wide range of languages including:

Our personal preference would be a site written in PHP running on Linux servers for ultimate speed, security and stability.

Will I be able to update my own site?
